I believe creativity and art making is a courageous act. Through my art, tutorials and classes I provide creative encouragement to make life a little brighter!
I am an artist, educator, certified life coach and trained mental health therapist. I live and breathe art and creativity and I know that being creative and making art can transform our lives, mind, body and soul. I have over 20 years experience creating art, teaching and counseling/coaching.
I live in Tucson, AZ with my beagle mix Colby. I love beagles, hiking in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, teaching and creating!

2013 to Present:
Freelance Art Teacher: As a freelance art teacher I develop and facilitate arts and crafts classes for children, teens and adults. I teach in a variety of mediums including acrylic painting, watercolor painting, mixed media collage, sculpture and crafts. I have taught online and in person classes in Wisconsin and Arizona at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, Cedarburg Cultural Center, University of Wisconsin Waukesha Community Education Program, Waukesha Parks and Recreation Program, Southern Arizona Arts Guild, and private lessons.
Life Coach and Mental Health Counselor: In 2010 I became a certified life coach through World Coaching Institute and developed a coaching program that incorporates art and creativity with traditional coaching techniques to help clients navigate life changes and challenges, achieve goals and manifest their best life. In 2023 I completed my Masters in Counseling and became a full time therapist working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression and PTSD. In my therapy practice I work from a person centered lens using solution focused therapy techniques.
