As a life coach I help individuals identify and achieve personal or professional goals by providing guidance, support, and accountability. We focus on the present and future to facilitate positive change, skill development, and overcoming obstacles. I am your guide, motivator, mentor, and objective sounding board. Therapy tends to focus on healing past traumas, while coaching empowers clients to take positive action to manifest a fulfilling, positive present and future. Life coaching is beneficial for managing career changes, life transitions, relationship challenges, building self-confidence, nurturing creativity and creating work-life balance. 

Cecelia weaves her knowledge as a licensed therapist, artist and teacher into the life coaching experience giving you a supportive, nonjudgemental space to grow and become the person you want to be and live a fulfilling, happy life.
